It is the place!
I am currently staying at Acapella Kuala Lumpur City Center, it is undoubtedly the place to stay when one arrives in this city; an exquisite, wonderful accommodation with very good taste. The staff's attention is incomparable, they are totally friendly and very incredible. The accommodation; some apartments and rooms, delightful, they smell good, very clean, the bed is more than that, it's like sleeping in heaven, wonderful place. Beyond expectation
Stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t get enoigh. I booked this hotel mainly because of the location, it’s in walking distance to so many public places. But when i actually got there… everything was beyond expectation. The rooms, linnens, and towels were spotless… very clean, very tidy. Rasal did a great job. Jasmine contacted me right after i made a booking… she “stayed” with me through my whole days in KL. She also spoiled my kids… and i think I was spoiled too. She made my stay effortless. Maniam also very helpfull and nice. The view from my room was amazing… it’s facing KLCC park. Everything was perfect. I’d love to come back again and again.

Acappella, it felt like I was staying at a friend's place!
Location was very good being in a more residential part of the city, made it a quieter environment which suited us. Still had plenty of eating options around. Close to the Twin towers and a park. Close to a HOHO bus stop. Not far to get to the MRT as well. Our one bedroom apartment with a park view was excellent. Building had good security and the area felt safe. Two large pools, toddler pool and toddler play ground on site. Coin laundry also avilable. Good kitchen in the unit though we didn't use it. Breakfast options at the nearby restaurant were good and obtained by supplied vouchers. Snacks provided in the unit were replaced daily, a nice surprise. Russell serviced our room daily and did an excellent job. Very satisfied. Jasmine, our hostess was lovely. The Perfect place to stay in kuala Lumpur
The Acappella is the most wonderful place to stay. We booked in to end our 20 year anniversary trip to Malaysia & Borneo. Jasmine was absolutely amazing, she went out of her way to accomodate us in many ways, including upgrading our suite which was beautiful, amazing views of the city. So close to everything. Shopping, restaurants, cafes & all the tourist attractions. The pool is amazing with views of the Petrona Towers. We will stay again & highly recommend to all visitors.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. We were upgraded to a suite, which was super spacious. Staff were excellent, Jasmine went out of her way to make sure all our needs were met. Can't recommend enough. If staying for a few days in KL, you wont find better.

From before we landed in KL we were being taken care by Jasmine . Nothing was to much trouble for her and her Partner OB . Our stay in their accomodation was a pleasure . The accomodation was spotless . The cleaning staff could not have done a better job . Jasmine even stocked the fridge with some beer and treats on the side for me without my asking , and at no charge . Now that is a first !. Well worth every penny for this stay.
Stayed over for 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is fantastic as it was just minutes walk away from Suria KLCC and so close to the KLCC park playground. We spent a morning walking around the park enjoying the cool morning air. The dining options were awesome and we were quite spoiled for choice. *Consistently Perfect!* My return stay at Acappella KL was flawless as always. Great location, super clean, good & hearty breakfast, and great hospitality that makes me feel right at home. Close to KLCC and great for business trips!
This time, I came to Kuala Lumpur for a business trip to attend a conference at KLCC and to meet with companies in the city. The area around KLCC is full of luxury hotels, but I was able to spend a reasonable and comfortable time. The person in charge was very helpful to me through Whatsup, asking for advice and support regarding transportation around the city besides accommodation. The rooms were also high-grade and comfortable, and wifi was good enough for online meetings.
