What are the standard check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM
Check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Can I request for late check-out or early check-in?
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Kindly email us your requests to enquiry@acappellakualalumpur.com and one of our team members will assist accordingly.
What is the minimum age for check-in?
Guests must be at least 21 years old to register and check in.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
Smoking is NOT permitted in the property. This includes in the apartments/suites, balconies, corridors, and all common areas. A cleaning fee of MYR 1000 per suite will apply for any violation of this policy. Please speak with our team for the designated smoking area.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted in our suites or anywhere on the premises.
What are the operating hours of the front desk/guest relations at Acappella KLCC?
Our on-site team is available 24/7 to assist with guest needs, ensuring support at any hour throughout your stay.
Are baby cots or extra beds available?
Baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability. Extra beds are not provided, as all our suites are fitted with fixed hotel-standard bedding to ensure optimal comfort and occupancy as per suite type.
Is parking available?
Yes, on-site parking is available but limited and subject to advance booking and availability at RM40nett per day
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit Card (Master & Visa Only)
What is the cancellation policy?
All bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed. Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and advance notice.
How close is Acappella Kuala Lumpur City Centre to public transportation?
We are approximately a 5-minute walk from the KLCC LRT Station, providing easy access to the city’s transit network.
Is the property suitable for business travelers?
Absolutely. Our suites offer a comfortable environment for extended business stays, with high-speed internet and work-friendly spaces.
Do I need to register all guests, including children?
Yes. In compliance with Regulation 28 of the Registration of Guests Act 1965 (Act 381) and local operating procedures, all guests — including children — must present their original identification documents at check-in for verification.
Accepted documents:
- Malaysian citizens: Original MyKad (IC) only
- Foreign nationals: Original Passport only
Please note that we do not accept photocopies, scanned images, digital IDs, driving licences, or work permits under any circumstances. This requirement is mandatory for registration and compliance with Malaysian authorities.

Can I have visitors during my stay?
Yes, day visitors are allowed but must leave the premises by 10:00 PM. Overnight guests are strictly not permitted, and each apartment is limited to its maximum occupancy capacity. Breach of this policy may result in additional charges or eviction without refund.
Is there a quiet time at the property?
Yes. To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of others during these times.
Can I host gatherings or events at Acappella Kuala Lumpur City Centre?
Hosting parties, events, or group gatherings is not permitted within our suites or on the premises. This is to ensure the comfort, safety, and privacy of all guests.
